Sylvania — Support
Sylvania is a calm enchanted-forest sliding-block puzzle. It runs on your
device, so most questions have short answers — and anything else reaches a
person directly.

back from the developer. Please mention your device and what you were doing when
the problem appeared.
Common questions
- How do I play? Drag a row of blocks left or right to line
up matching colours; complete a row to clear it and score. The game
introduces each new kind of block the first time you meet it. Keep the
board below the canopy — when the top row lights up as a warning, clear
space quickly.
- Where is my progress? On your phone, and only there.
There is no account and no cloud sync. Your best score and coins ride
along with your phone's own backup (iCloud on iPhone, Google backup on
Android); uninstalling the app removes everything.
- What are coins and power-ups for? You earn coins by
clearing rows and spend them in the power-up shop (the shop icon on the
game screen) on effects like Nature's Wrath, Split and Same-Colour Clear.
Power-ups unlock as you play.
- I bought coins and didn't get them. If your version
offers coin purchases and a purchase was charged but not credited, reopen
the app while online — purchases are re-checked on launch. If it still
hasn't appeared, email us with the store receipt and we'll sort it out.
There is also a Restore Purchases option in Settings for
the daily ration.
- Do I have to watch ads? No. If your version offers the
"watch for coins" reward, it is entirely optional — you only ever see an
ad if you tap that button. The game is fully playable without it.
- The music or sound isn't playing. Check the sound and
haptics toggles in Settings, and make sure your phone isn't in silent
mode. Audio pauses when the app goes to the background and resumes when you
return.
- Can I play offline? Yes — the whole game runs without a
network connection.
